Description

Creamy, protein-rich frozen Greek yogurt bars made with full-fat yogurt, natural sweeteners, and your favorite mix-ins. Easy, customizable, and freezer-friendly.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1/4 cup protein powder (optional)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped peanut butter cups

1/4 cup fresh berries or granola (optional)


Instructions

1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla.

3. Add protein powder if using and stir until smooth.

4. Fold in chocolate chips, peanut butter cups, or berries.

5. Spread the mixture evenly into the lined pan.

6. Top with granola or more fruit, if desired.

7. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours or until completely solid.

8. Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before slicing.

9. Cut into bars and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

10. Enjoy slightly thawed for best creamy texture.

Notes

Use full-fat yogurt for the best texture.

You can skip the protein powder or choose one you enjoy.

Substitute mix-ins with nuts, seeds, or coconut flakes if preferred.
