1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions
1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix until the texture resembles damp sand.
2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Chill in the refrigerator.
3. Beat the cream cheese until very smooth in a large mixing bowl.
