Description
Viral fried pickle dip is creamy, tangy, crunchy, and incredibly easy to make. It’s the internet-famous snack you’ll crave again and again.
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Butter
¾ Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
2 Cups Dill Pickles, chopped
2 Cups Sour Cream
1 Packet Ranch Seasoning
Fresh Dill, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
2. Add panko breadcrumbs and toast until golden and fragrant, about 3–5 minutes. Set aside.
3. Chop the dill pickles and add them to a mixing bowl.
4. Add most of the toasted breadcrumbs, sour cream, and ranch seasoning to the bowl.
5. Mix well until fully combined. For thinner texture, add a splash of pickle juice or water.
6. Transfer to a serving dish and top with remaining breadcrumbs and fresh dill.
7. Serve immediately with chips or refrigerate until ready.
Notes
For spicier dip, add chopped jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
Can be made a day in advance, just store breadcrumbs separately to keep them crispy.
