Description
Creamy, high-protein cottage cheese chocolate mousse made with 4 ingredients. Easy, satisfying and done in 5 minutes with no cooking required.
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese, full-fat
2–3 tbsp honey
1–2 tbsp cocoa powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
2. Blend on high until completely smooth.
3. Scrape sides and blend again until mousse is glossy and uniform.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness or chocolate level if needed.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for thicker texture.
6. Top with whipped cream, fruit, or chocolate shavings if desired.
Notes
Use full-fat cottage cheese for best results.
If too thin, chill for 30–60 minutes or add 1 tbsp chia or flaxseed.
You can swap honey for maple syrup if preferred.
