Description

This Baked Brie with Fig Jam and Pecans is a warm, gooey, and elegant appetizer topped with jam, nuts, honey, and thyme, perfect for parties and holidays.

Ingredients

Scale

1 wheel brie (810 oz)

1/4 cup fig jam

1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

1 tbsp honey (optional)

1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)

Crackers, sliced baguette, or fruit for serving

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Place brie in a small baking dish or its wooden box.

3. Score top in a crisscross pattern.

4. Spread fig jam over brie; sprinkle nuts, honey, and thyme if desired.

5. Bake 15–20 minutes until cheese is soft and gooey.

6. Cool 5 minutes before serving with crackers or bread.

Notes

Prepare brie ahead by adding jam and toppings, then refrigerate. Bake just before serving. Leftovers can be reheated gently or used in sandwiches and pasta.
