Description

The Better Than Sex Cake Recipe is an indulgent dessert made with chocolate cake, sweetened condensed milk, hot fudge, whipped topping, and crushed toffee bars. Simple to prepare yet rich and satisfying, it’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.


Ingredients

Chocolate cake mix (1 box, prepared according to package directions)

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 jar (12 oz) hot fudge sauce

1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)

45 crushed toffee bars (Heath or Skor, or substitute chocolate chips/nuts)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare chocolate cake mix according to package directions. Pour into a greased 9×13-inch pan and bake about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

2. Cool cake for about 10 minutes to set slightly.

3. Use a fork to poke holes generously over the surface of the warm cake.

4. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the cake, letting it soak into the holes.

5. Spread hot fudge sauce evenly across the cake surface.

6. Allow cake to cool completely before adding toppings.

7. Spread whipped topping over the cooled cake.

8. Sprinkle crushed toffee bars over the top.

9. Chill for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.

Notes

For variety, substitute caramel sauce for fudge, or add both for extra richness.

Best served chilled. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container.

You can freeze the cake base with condensed milk and fudge; add whipped topping and toffee after thawing for freshest results.
