Description

Boursin Bruschetta Dip combines creamy Boursin cheese with fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic, and balsamic glaze. A quick, elegant appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale

1 container Boursin cheese (garlic & herb)

1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped

1/4 cup basil, chopped

1 clove garlic, crushed

2 tsp olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Salt and pepper, to taste

Baguette slices or crackers

Instructions

1. Spread Boursin cheese in a shallow dish.

2. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss well.

3. Let mixture sit for 30 minutes or overnight to meld flavors.

4. Spoon tomato mixture over Boursin cheese.

5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.

6. Serve with baguette slices, crackers, or vegetables.

Notes

For best flavor, let the tomato mixture sit before serving. Use cherry tomatoes for less watery topping. Drizzle glaze just before serving for presentation.
