This Bruschetta Dip layers fresh Roma tomatoes, basil, garlic, and balsamic over a creamy feta and cream cheese base, garnished with Parmesan and red pepper flakes for a vibrant appetizer.
Ingredients
4 Roma tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup basil, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1–2 tsp balsamic vinegar
Salt to taste
8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Fresh basil for garnish
Red pepper flakes
Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Instructions
1. Dice Roma tomatoes and combine with basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt. Let marinate 10 minutes.
2. Blend feta, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil in a food processor until smooth.
3. Spread cheese mixture into a shallow dish.
4. Spoon marinated tomatoes over cheese base.
5. Garnish with basil, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes.
6. Serve with crostini, crackers, or breadsticks.
Notes
Prepare cheese and tomato mixtures separately ahead of time. Assemble and garnish just before serving for best freshness.
