These Cream Cheese Salami Roll Ups are quick, flavorful, and perfect as party appetizers or simple snacks.
Ingredients
12 slices salami
8 ounces cream cheese softened
2 teaspoons dry chives
2 teaspoons dry onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Black pepper to taste
Green olives for garnish (optional)
Pretzels for serving (optional)
Instructions
1. Soften the cream cheese and place it in a small mixing bowl.
2. Add the dry chives, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper, then mix until smooth.
3. Lay out the salami slices on a cutting board.
4. Spread a spoonful of cream cheese mixture evenly over each slice.
5. Roll up each slice tightly to secure the filling inside.
6. Insert a toothpick into each roll to hold it together.
7. Garnish with green olives or pickles if desired.
8. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
Notes
These roll ups can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Serve chilled or at room temperature for best results.
