Creamy Buffalo Chicken Dip combines chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and melty cheese into a warm, spicy, crowd-pleasing appetizer.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 diced green onions
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Stir chicken with buffalo sauce until coated.
3. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder until smooth.
4. Add buffalo chicken, green onions, and half the cheddar. Mix to combine.
5. Spread mixture into greased 9×9-inch pan. Top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella.
6. Bake 20 minutes until bubbly. Broil briefly for golden top if desired.
7. Serve warm with chips, baguette, crackers, or celery.
Notes
Assemble a day ahead and refrigerate before baking. Garnish with parsley, green onions, or blue cheese crumbles. Add jalapeños for extra spice or swap mozzarella for pepper jack for extra kick.
