Creamy Ranch Chicken is a quick skillet recipe with ranch seasoning, cream, and garlic that creates a rich sauce over tender chicken.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side until golden.
3. Remove chicken and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
5. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, then stir in ranch seasoning.
6. Simmer 3–5 minutes until thickened, add cheese if using.
7. Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over.
8. Cook 2–3 minutes to warm through, garnish with herbs, and serve.
