Description

Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Dip is a cheesy, warm, and irresistible appetizer baked until golden and bubbly.


Ingredients

14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/21 teaspoon salt

1/81/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

2. Blend sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream cheese until smooth.

3. Mix in artichokes, spinach, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and cayenne.

4. Transfer mixture to a 2-cup baking dish and cover.

5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.

6. Serve with pita chips, bagel chips, or vegetables.

Notes

Make ahead by assembling a day early and refrigerating. Reheat leftovers in the oven for best texture. Try swapping mozzarella for pepper jack to add heat.
