Description

Easter No Bake Cheesecake is a vibrant, creamy dessert with pastel layers on a sweet graham cracker crust. This easy, no-bake recipe is topped with festive whipped cream, sprinkles, and chocolate egg candies. Perfect for spring and Easter celebrations, it’s a crowd-pleasing showstopper for every gathering.

Ingredients

Scale

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs (about one full sleeve)

⅓ cup granulated sugar

4 tablespoons butter, melted

4 bricks cream cheese, softened

(8 oz each) ¾ cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla 1

(8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed Additional half a small tub whipped topping, thawed Sprinkles M&M egg candies Pink food coloring Yellow food coloring Green food coloring

Instructions

1. Mix together graham cracker crumbs and ⅓ cup sugar. Add melted butter and stir until evenly combined. Pour into a 10-inch springform pan and press firmly to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.

2. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and ¾ cup sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and one tub whipped topping, mixing until light and creamy.

3. Divide the mixture into three bowls. Tint each with pink, yellow, or green food coloring.

4. Layer the colored cheesecake mixtures one at a time over the prepared crust, smoothing each layer with a spatula.

5. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours, or overnight, until set.

6. When ready to serve, pipe the extra whipped topping onto the cheesecake using a pastry bag fitted with a star tip.

7. Decorate with sprinkles and M&M egg candies. Slice and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For clean slices, chill overnight and use a hot, dry knife. Wait to add whipped topping and decorations until just before serving for the freshest look. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to five days. For a twist, try lemon zest in the filling, jam swirls, or chocolate cookies for the crust.
