Description
This easy 3-ingredient peach cobbler dump cake uses canned peaches, cake mix, and butter for a golden, buttery dessert ready in under an hour.
Ingredients
30 ounces canned peaches (with juice)
1 box yellow cake mix
½ cup butter (1 stick), sliced
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Pour peaches with juice into the dish and spread evenly.
3. Sprinkle cake mix over peaches and smooth out lumps without pressing.
4. Add cinnamon if desired.
5. Cut butter into thin slices and lay evenly over the cake mix.
6. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
7. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
8. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
Notes
Use peaches in juice for the best consistency. Store covered in the fridge up to 4 days or freeze for 2 months. Reheat gently to restore crispness.
