Ingredients
40 ounces apple pie filling (two 20-ounce cans)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
15.25 ounces yellow cake mix
1 cup unsalted butter, sliced into tablespoon pieces
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13-inch dish.
2. Pour apple pie filling into the dish and spread evenly.
3. Sprinkle cinnamon over the filling.
4. Add cake mix evenly over the apples.
5. Top with butter slices.
6. Bake 45–50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
7. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
Use any cake mix flavor you like. Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 4 days.
