Description

This easy blueberry cream cheese crumble dump cake combines creamy cheesecake layers, juicy blueberries, and buttery golden crumble for an irresistible dessert ready in under an hour.


Ingredients

Scale

1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp salt

Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, ¼ cup milk


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Combine cake mix, melted butter, both sugars, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until crumbly.

3. Press half of the crumble mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

4. Spread softened cream cheese evenly over the base.

5. Distribute blueberries over the cream cheese layer.

6. Sprinkle remaining crumble mixture over the top.

7. Whisk powdered sugar and milk for glaze and drizzle over top.

8. Bake 45–50 minutes until golden brown.

9. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Soften cream cheese for smooth spreading. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Enjoy cold or reheat for a fresh-baked taste.
