Description

A gooey, rich dessert made with chocolate cake mix, pudding, butter, caramel candies, and chocolate chips for an easy indulgence.


Ingredients

15.25 ounces chocolate cake mix

3.9 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix

1 cup butter (half melted, half sliced)

1 1/2 cups milk

12 ounces chocolate chips

11 ounces caramel candies, unwrapped


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Melt 1/2 cup butter and pour into 9×13-inch dish.

3. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over butter.

4. Sprinkle pudding mix over cake mix.

5. Pour milk evenly across top and lightly moisten dry spots.

6. Add chocolate chips and top with butter slices.

7. Distribute caramel candies evenly.

8. Bake 50–60 minutes until bubbling and set.

9. Let cool 10 minutes and serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

Reheat individual portions before serving for the best gooey texture. Store covered in fridge for up to 4 days.
