Easy Pepperoni Pizza Rolls are cheesy, savory, and baked golden. A fun, bite-sized appetizer perfect for dipping in marinara sauce.
Ingredients
2 tubes refrigerated pizza crust
Garlic salt
Italian seasoning, to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup sliced and chopped pepperoni
Marinara sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
2. Dust a surface with flour and roll out pizza crusts.
3. Sprinkle garlic salt and Italian seasoning on each crust.
4. Add mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni, leaving 1/2 inch edge.
5. Roll crust into a tight log starting with the short side.
6. Slice log into 1-inch pieces and place on greased pan.
7. Bake 10–12 minutes, until golden brown.
8. Serve immediately with marinara sauce.
Notes
Prepare rolls ahead and refrigerate before baking. Try adding sausage, veggies, or different cheeses for variety. Serve with marinara, ranch, or garlic butter for dipping.
