Description
Easy Taco Ranch Bites are bold, cheesy appetizers made with taco-seasoned beef, ranch, cheddar, and phyllo shells. Perfect for parties.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef, lean
1 oz packet taco seasoning
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz ranch dressing
5 packs of 15-count frozen phyllo tart shells
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain fat.
3. Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes with chiles. Simmer 5 minutes.
4. In a bowl, mix cheddar with ranch dressing. Combine with taco beef.
5. Spoon mixture into frozen phyllo tart shells.
6. Bake 8–10 minutes until hot and bubbly. If baking from frozen, add 2–3 minutes.
7. Serve warm.
Notes
Prepare filling ahead and refrigerate. Freeze assembled bites before baking for make-ahead convenience. Garnish with cilantro or jalapeños for presentation.
