Description

This easy triple berry dump cake combines blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries with a buttery cake mix topping for a simple, juicy, and golden dessert ready in under an hour.


Ingredients

Scale

4 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 box yellow cake mix

¾ cup unsalted butter, melted


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. In a bowl, toss berries with sugar and cornstarch until coated.

3. Pour berry mixture evenly into prepared dish.

4. Sprinkle dry yellow cake mix evenly over berries.

5. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix.

6. Bake for 45–50 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.

7. Cool for 15 minutes before serving warm with ice cream.

Notes

Use fresh or frozen berries. Store covered in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for 2 months. Reheat before serving for best results.
