Ingredients
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, sliced
1 cup baby carrots
1 cup hummus
12 whole wheat mini pita breads
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Lay mini pita breads on a baking sheet and sprinkle each with shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced black olives.
3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
