Description

Melt in Your Mouth Chicken is a creamy baked recipe topped with Parmesan and spices for juicy, flavorful chicken every time.


Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon dried parsley or fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.

2. Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.

3. Pound chicken to even thickness and place in dish.

4. Spread creamy mixture evenly over chicken.

5. Bake uncovered 30–35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

6. Broil 1–2 minutes for extra golden topping if desired.

7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

8. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Healthier option – Replace mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.

Spicy version – Add cayenne or chili flakes to the topping.

Cheesy twist – Add mozzarella or cheddar for extra gooeyness.
