Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
2. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
3. Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
4. Spread mixture evenly over chicken and place in dish.
5. Sprinkle optional paprika or Italian seasoning on top.
6. Bake uncovered 35–45 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and topping is golden.
7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
