These Mini Bacon Ranch Cheeseballs combine cream cheese, sharp cheddar, ranch seasoning, and crispy bacon, rolled in parsley and finished with pretzel sticks for the perfect party snack.
Ingredients
12 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
1 cup cooked bacon, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
30 pretzel sticks
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
2. Fold in chopped bacon, reserving some for garnish if desired.
3. Scoop mixture into small portions and roll into balls.
4. Roll cheeseballs in chopped parsley until coated.
5. Insert one pretzel stick into each cheeseball.
6. Arrange on a platter and serve.
Notes
Prepare cheeseballs up to 48 hours ahead, but add parsley and pretzels just before serving for best freshness and texture.
