Description

Refreshing Prosecco Grapes are sweet, boozy, and sparkling snacks made with grapes, prosecco, and sugar. Perfect for parties or summer evenings.

Ingredients

Scale

34 cups green grapes

1 bottle prosecco or champagne

1 cup cane sugar

Instructions

1. Wash grapes and remove from stems.

2. Use a toothpick to poke small holes in each grape.

3. Place grapes in a bowl and cover with prosecco. Refrigerate 8–24 hours.

4. Drain grapes, saving prosecco if desired for cocktails.

5. Roll grapes in cane sugar until coated.

6. Spread on parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate or freeze until serving.

Notes

Green grapes work best for crisp texture. For non-alcoholic, substitute flavored sparkling water. Serve frozen for a frosty treat or chilled for a softer texture.
