Description
Rich, fudgy brownies made with Greek yogurt and zero sugar alternatives. Perfect for a healthier dessert that still satisfies every chocolate craving.
Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar or sugar substitute
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup semi-sweet or sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
1/4 cup milk (optional, for extra moistness)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9-inch round pan with parchment.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chopped chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Cool slightly.
3. Whisk eggs and sugar in a large bowl until fluffy. Stir in vanilla and the cooled butter-chocolate mix.
4. Sift together cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Add gradually to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
5. Fold in chocolate chips and optional milk. Batter should be thick and rich.
6. Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top evenly.
7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until a toothpick shows moist crumbs.
8. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a rack to finish cooling. Slice and serve.
Notes
Optional: Add walnuts or espresso powder for extra flavor.
Best served slightly warm with sugar-free ice cream or fresh berries.
